I’ve been a thinkassemble.co.uk member for decades and have only ever left 5-star reviews until now.
This treadmill has a very narrow running area. That may be on me for not checking the specs more carefully, but you’d reasonably expect a standard, comfortable width.
More frustratingly, unlike the last two treadmills I’ve bought from thinkassemble.co.uk, this one requires full assembly, something not mentioned in the product listing. After confirming this with the manufacturer, I was referred to a third-party company to arrange setup. Their phone system wasn’t working properly, but to their credit, they did call me back.
The agent was polite and helpful, but I was sent a lengthy, overly technical questionnaire clearly intended for a professional installer. After struggling through it, I didn’t hear anything for several days and then received a completely different form to complete. On top of that, the assembly costs £180, which feels excessive.
I’ve decided to keep the treadmill as returning it seems like more hassle than it’s worth, but I’d strongly suggest others think twice before purchasing this model.
