Second purchase
This is the second bag I have purchased the other one was 3 years ago, there was nothing wrong with it unt I tried picking it up with the drinks bottle pocket and broke the zip🤦🏼♂️
As for this New bag I was expecting to be buying exactly the same bag as before but unfortunately there have been some changes in the the size of pockets. This has resulted in the drinks pocket being a lot smaller than the old one and will not zip up with my drinks bottles in it, this is a big disappointment for me. You can fit two plastic half litre bottles in but I prefer to use double skinned re-usable bottles rather than buy the plastic ones. The bag is also a little narrower than the old one.
On a positive the bag is functional and I have never had an issue with my old bag letting water in so very happy with the bag from that perspective 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Great value golf bag for the winter
I play quite a lot of golf and wanted a waterproof bag for the winter, so my lovely wife bought me this for Christmas and I used it for the first time the other day.
Positives – very light and looked just like the picture on the website. Lots of pockets and does the job.
Negatives (but only monor). The side pockets are not massive, but you can fit a jacket and a few small items both. The top front small pocket is very small and hard to access with the zip. The other 2 are fine.
The brolley holder at the bottom does not allow the bag to sit flush on my trolley as it is underneath the bag. No big deal though, as the strap holds the bag on ok.
All in all, excellent value for money and happy!

Ordered the cart bag, what I received was a previously used golf bag, obviously sent back from a customer, which was also damaged. I took the bag back to the warehouse and asked to be refunded.
I reordered the bag again! This time you send me a carry bag instead of a cart bag. That is not what I had ordered. Took that bag back to the warehouse again !! to try and get a refund. Initially they wouldn’t give me the refund back, due to item (golf bag) on the order sheet listed, was not the bag I was returning. After arguing with one of your colleagues and manager for 45mins, eventually I was given the refund!!!! Not a great experience, I will seriously think twice in future, before ordering anything online from your website!!!!

Good bag for the money. Only reservation is that although there are lots of pockets, they don’t hold as much as my normal bag.

Waterproof golf trolley bag.
The bag is very waterproof but the zips are very stiff to open and shut. The individual club compartments have liners which seem very flimsy but time will tell. Lastly the umbrella holder could be positioned better as it interferes with the trolley. It has a good rain hood and plenty of handles for moving it about.
