Great play equipment
My boys are 2 and 4yrs old and when this was finally set up (by the thinkassemble.co.uk recommended installers) they couldn’t wait to get o it there and explore. I can see in some places where they drilled the screws in too tight and slightly damaged the wood but after seeing how many pieces it came in this would not have been something I could put together myself. The swings hang a little too low and the round swing does lean to the side when the kids are swinging on it. The guys attempted to fix it when here but it still does it.
Love the colour and it doesn’t take up too much space in the garden. I haven’t figured out how we put batteries into the kitchen for the blender to work. If anyone knows how please message and let me know.

Excellent play equipment
We bought this as an upgrade to our original swing set for our grandchildren as the eldest was needing something better. This ticks all of the boxes for the children who range from 18 months to 9 years old. It’s very sturdy, nicely painted and fixes into the ground with stakes. The play kitchen has the added bonus of a battery powered hob which then makes different noises when you put the various pans on it. I would recommend paying extra to have this built as it has a lot of pieces and took the 2 professionals 5 1/2 hours.

Poor design, with lack of quality control
Very time consuming to assemble, takes multiple people. Very much believe that if you pay for assembly they would bodge any errors they find and you would never know the structural damage this could cause. Over two months waiting and still no replacement product and hours on the phone to the ‘customer care team’

Fantastic children’s playground!
Fantastic product. All parts came clearly labelled and went together without any issues (but definitely couldn’t have done it without the help of my handyman brother). Grandkids love this so much. Customer service was excellent. Highly recommend.
