Faulty product.
Unbelievable number of parts to this product, the instruction booklet does not match up to the parts that are supplied. Each individual panel supplied were of different sizes which meant the gaps between each panel were not the same throughout. This product was not available to view at thinkassemble.co.uk warehouse and I’m not surprised as this took the best part of a day to build and did not contain the correct parts to build successfully. The customer service from thinkassemble.co.uk has been terrible in trying to resolve our issue. We are still in conversations with thinkassemble.co.uk and are very disappointed with the solutions they have offered so far. Paid £400 for an item that is faulty and we are struggling to get a refund as this item has been built. Do not buy.

Good value, sturdy, works well and looks good!
Takes a while to put together and you have to be organised with all the bits but once it’s up it’s a great looking, reasonably sturdy and good value product.

VERY NEAT AND TIDY
Very pleased overall with the bin store – it looks neat, tidy, and is well made. It was fairly easy to assemble once you get your head around the instructions. I found it helpful to lay out all the parts and identify them first. My only mistake was building the doors before checking the plan properly, which led me to use the wrong size planks on one – easily fixed, though.
The plank gaps aren’t quite right using the spacers, so I adjusted them by eye for a more even look. This left the lid chain a bit loose in the gap, so I added large washers on either side to stabilise it. As a confident DIYer, it wasn’t a problem, but I could see the chain possibly pulling through over time for others.
Great colour and really tidies up the bins. I’d definitely recommend it. Price is a bit steep – but what isn’t these days?

Where’s your bin?
This is a well built item (i.e the materials are good). However, it is a bit of a challenge to build!
There are lots (yes lots!) of screws involved, and I believe that you need to be experienced in
D I Y in order to avoid frustration (and maybe a little annoyance). The build instructions could be clearer.
All of the above does not distract from the overall quality of the item. Maybe its just my incompetence!

The finished product looks great !
The assembly is very time consuming and there are a significant number of parts & screws.
The instructions are diagrams only and are not as clear as they should be. This is my second Keter product and it seems to be a pattern.

Keter cortina hide away bin store
These bin hideaways are very lengthy to put together. Once assembled they look lovely but I have found that the doors swing open in the wind and I feel I will have to add locks to the outside to prevent this. The magnets obviously are not strong enough. A bit disappointed as they were expensive and Keter products are usually such good quality.

Not Recommended
Unfortunately, the item arrived missing the majority of the screws and without any instructions.
I had to purchase replacement screws and after several hours and two people, the bins were finally assembled.
The finished product looks nice, but I regret purchasing the bins and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone else.

Great Item
The item came well packaged, clear instructions. The quality seems great however what I would say is as flat packs go I have never made something with as many screws as this item! Screw heaven, definitely requires an electric screwdriver to do also, by hand would be a nightmare.

Nightmare to build
Looks good when built but it took me hours and hours to build. Instructions are poor and the spacing of the side walls is not correct so get ready to improvise. I bought 2 so had double pain. Only buy if you are competent at DIY and have all the tools.

Bin hideaway is really good. However, no paper instruction included. I phoned Keter to ask for a copy but told they do not do hard copies. Told they would email a copy. None received. Eventually found instructions via thinkassemble.co.uk.

Looks good and does the job of hiding unsightly bins. The hooks to hold bin lin up when opening top do not always hold on well. My son found it a bit fiddly assembling this. Good solid product

Looks good when finished
Looks great when finished and seems quite sturdy. A lot of smaller parts, but a lot of the steps are repeated so not too bad to put together. Would recommend.

This is a sturdy great quality bin store . Took me a few hots to set up but was fairly straightforward.Well worth the price .

Not worth the high cost.
A total nightmare to put together! Panels that were supposed to be the same size were slightly different. Panels had very rough edges. Unnecessary air vents in lids, sides & back that let rain etc in (there is plenty room at bottom for air to circulate). You need a degree in maths to put all pieces together. Totally not worth the high cost. Never again!

The bin store comes originally for two bins. You then buy add ons for however many bins you want to store away. This was easy to put up but did take a long time to do sooooo many screws. Does look good on the front of our property with the bins out of sight
