Parts were missing from the hinge arm to connect the lid to the base. Also, the lid was supposed to be fitted with a specialised thread to fit dampness into. It is also missing. An engineer needs to come out to fit the specialised thread. Waiting for a date. Disappointing for the most expensive option.
