Faulty Design headboard from Silentnight
I recently purchased the headboard and have been left extremely disappointed. The headboard cannot be fixed securely in position and always vibrates, which makes it completely unfit for purpose. This is not a minor fitting issue, it’s a fundamental problem with the product design. A headboard should fix firmly; this one wobbles and shifts no matter what.
Very disappointing from both Silentnight and thinkassemble.co.uk.

Really comfortable and attractive
I bought this Silentnight bed mattress and headboard recently for my Granddaughter. All items are attractive to the eye and my Granddaughter finds it so comfortable that her parents now find it difficult to get her out of it.

Sturdy headboard
This headboard fits very well on to the silentnight divan. There are lots of pre-drilled holes to secure it to the bed and adjust to the correct height to accommodate any depth of mattress. The headboard itself seems to be very sturdy, a good height and putting weight against it whilst sitting up is also very good. The legs that attach to the bed are strong and I hope will last a very long time. All in all, very pleased.

This and the bed is not worth the money.
Very cheaply built. This was part of a bed which was returned due to it falling apart on delivery. The joints on the bed was held together by staples and hot glue. Bed is very unstated with all joint moving when you rock it. Part of the materials used is cardboard then finish off with a nice cloth to meet the eyes.

I recently purchased the Silentnight Bexley Sandstone Fabric Headboard in king size, and I’m really happy with it! The soft, padded fabric feels great against my back, and the sandstone color is a perfect neutral that complements my bedroom decor. I was a bit worried about assembly, but it was surprisingly easy – even I managed it on my own! While it might not be the most luxurious headboard on the market, it offers great value for money and a classic look that I’m sure I’ll enjoy for years to come.

Silentnight divan, mattress and headboard.
Although the bed , mattress and headboard were very good, I wouldn’t want to give 5 stars for the service. We ordered the items before the deadline to receive them before Christmas as we had people staying over for the festive period. They were coming the Friday just before Christmas, then we were told it wouldn’t happen until the new year. Phoned customer services and was told they would ring me back, no they didn’t.

Excellent price and quality for this headboard
The Silentnight headboard I bought from thinkassemble.co.uk is well built and strong. the delivery company had also included fitting in the delivery which may be in the order but I was not expecting this. The cost of similar headboards when looking on the internet come no where close to the price. This is around 40% off. Though swatches were sent because the samples are small they do not do justice to the actual colour.

Quality Assurrance Lacking
I had to move the fixing holes for the headboard as how it was left on the bed on delivery was way too high. I realised that one of the fixing holes wasn’t manufactured correctly when I took the screws out. The locsting thread part was loose, however I am a trade person and was able to fix it. Many customers might have had to send it back.

For the price we paid it looks very cheap and tacky. If you touch the fabric it looks like a dent. Not happy nor satisfied.

Just what we were looking for!
We wanted to change our Headboard from a metal ladder bedhead but also didn’t want to pay a fortune. This was ideal. Like the colour and its well padded so more comfortable when sitting up in bed. Delivery was good so all in all very pleased.

Third time lucky!
It took 3 attempts to deliver one that wasn’t broken. Twice the delivery driver found that upon unwrapping the headboard it was cracked right down the middle. However the third one was fine, good value and looks good above our bed.
