Super King purchase, Single customer service
Delivery takes forever; the product is decent yet be careful that the installation is correctly done or you risk paying for the item in one year and waiting till the next for redelivery and re-installation. The customer service of thinkassemble.co.uk is lovely however the bed maker’s customer service is woeful and they have you over the barrel by taking unilateral decisions on postponement(s) at the last minute with adequate alternatives in short supply. Payment made in August, 1st delivery in September, redelivery was changed from November to December then to January. It’s difficult paying a pretty penny and not finally having your bed. Not sure what I am expected to review as I am waiting for delivery.

Mattress very comfortable, BUT the base was a disappointment, badly made, on removing one of the drawers we found the strut for drawer broken, the material on base not fitted properly, don’t think it will last anyway near the time of our previous bed. Would recommend the mattress NOT the base

Pocket Spring Bed Company Pemberley Mattress
I have given a review of 4, our initial delivery was poor, drivers left dirty marks on walls and paintwork. also the 1st mattress had a broken spring which was coming through the mattress fabric. When reporting this to thinkassemble.co.uk we were told we would need to return the full bed (inc base) even though we only wanted a replacement mattress. we would then need to re-purchase it again even though it was now at a higher price. Eventually a few days later I was told they would swop the mattress if that is what we wanted.
Collection and re-delivery arranged, drivers were really good, clean and polite. New mattress seems ok. However the bed is comfy glad we chose it.

Nice bed pity about the mattress
Received the bed a week ago and spent a few day’s purchasing new bedding to go on it. Looked forward to sleeping on it last Saturday!
Unfortunately, I was unable to sleep on it due to its rigidity. It was firmer than an orthopaedic bed we have. I am 13 stone and hardly made a dent in it!
It was not the medium density bed that we were led to expect.

We bought 2 of these.
The mattress is very comfortable although a little on the high side. The only spoiler is that the divan bases are very shabbily made ie wooden frame of one of the drawers is broken and the material covering base is poorly stapled into place. The team delivering the beds couldn’t be faulted and the whole purchase procedure from thinkassemble.co.uk was spot on as usual and a good (hot buy).

Superking supreme comfort
I was dubious about buying a bed I hadn’t tried. However having read all the reviews I went ahead. It is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. I feel like I’m floating on air. Medium or firm, unbelievably comfortable. The reason I’ve not given it 5 stars is that one of the drawers has not been properly glued, so has come apart and a screw thread for one of the headboard screws to go into was missing. It is a Silent Night Bed.

Slow Delivery, Poor After Sales Service
The mattress is certainly good and feels and looks great. My back feels much better and I can sleep normally now. The base though was quite cheap and the bottom half came with a broken shelf. I have complained to thinkassemble.co.uk but have not received any communication from Pemberley or thinkassemble.co.uk as to when the replacement will happen. Delivery also took over a month and so I wonder when the bottom part of the bed will ever get replaced.

Sink to the middle
From day 1 the mattresses sags in the middle, we both end up leaning into the middle of the bed so ive not had a decent nights sleep since it arrived. thinkassemble.co.uk were great and have arranged for the mattresses to be changed however its taking 3 weeks to come. Wish id of kept my old bed.

Good mattress, not so good base
We purchased two divan sets as spare beds so it’s difficult to give a comfort opinion yet.
The divan bases are not great, very light weight and made with quite thin wood. The drawers are not up to much, will just about hold spare bedding in terms of weight, It could have been made more sturdy and for similar cost.
For the cost of the set you are almost better off buying a divan based from a separate manufacturer and use this mattress on top as you are likely to get a better over all bed for similar money.

Amazing value for money
I spend a long while researching high quality beds. When considering all of the features, qty of springs and materials used, drawers etc, the going rate for this quality of bed is well over £2000. This was a serious bargain at £999! Very comfortable and great build quality.

luxury mattress
I bought this about a month ago and have found it to be extremely comfortable. The bed as a whole is quite a bit higher than our previous bed and the mattress is heavy to move(because of the high number of pocket springs) This makes the quality very good but may be a consideration for older less physically able people.
