Have become too expensive.
Use these logs when we book a holiday cottage that has a wood burner as they are easy to light and convenient. Good product but too expensive now. Price has increased by 60% in 6 months since last purchased. Probably will not buy again for this reason hence the 3 star review.

Best burning logs ever
These logs are amazing and can last up to 5 hours when the air intake is throttled back on my stove. They give out a great heat and light instant with no issues..
I always use Duraflame, when I need time to myself or I’m too busy to reload my stove every hour.

Burnt well
Bought a box of these to use on an outdoor fireplace. We’ve also got proper wooden logs but thought these Duraflame Fire Logs might be easier. We lit one and it burned for a long time and gave off nice heat so we are very happy with our purchase. They are quite expensive so we will only use them when time is an issue, otherwise we will use proper logs.

Outdoor firepit – not smokeless
Bought these for an outdoor firepit.
Disappointed – these smell quite unpleasant and also smoke a lot. Not good to sit around. Search continues.
Will only use these on indoor fire with a chimney and not buy again.

Excellent product, which does what it says on the box. The duraflame logs burn for about 4 hours in an open fire, in a wood stove and even in a food fired pizza oven. They are ideal for a first log on the fire when you get up on a cold morning. Lights fast and kicks out the heat in minutes and looks like a proper wood fire should. Be careful moving boxes of Duraflame they are very heavy.

Duraflame..Great product at a price
Duraflame is a great product and provides an easy and fast way to bring light and heat to a room. Availability has been limited over recent months and the price has escalated from a range of £29-£34 per box to £40plus making it a less attractive option.

Very good product
Its a great product. Ive used wood before. But it never burns as nice as this. Wood is wet and will not burn well. Even if id dried it at home for few weeks. With this log. Bum. And its lit. Lasts 2-3h. Leaves very minium ash. I use it all the time

Excellent value
These logs are easy to use, last for 3 to 4 hours, give off very little smoke /odour. Admittedly the heat emitted is quite low especially when compared to an open fire or log burner but there is s small benefit. Excellent value from thinkassemble.co.uk.

Fabulous logs
These logs are quite expensive but worth every penny. We bought some last year and had been regularly looking in thinkassemble.co.uk this year to buy some more. As soon as they came in stock, we took the opportunity to buy more. Highly recommended.

Disappointed by this batch
I purchase these logs regularly however this batch was very disappointing. They didn’t really burn well and just barely flamed the usual heat wasn’t given out. I had to keep breaking them up with the poker.

Starts fast, burns clean, and produces more flame & heat than more expensive wood logs. Most important for me it has not adversely affected my asthma whereas wood fires often do.

Excellent in use. Generates warmth and does burn well with very little residue so cleans and easy to use. I wouldn’t want to use every day but really makes a s difference when needed.

The Best fire logs ever

Huge and value for money
Love these, most logs are 1kg or less (center parcs) and they cost £12 for 3, so each duraflame log is almost 3 times the size and burns for much longer.

This makes making up the fire extremely easy and they give off great heat and last 4 hours or more. Over the evening we now use many less logs and coal.

Great, Easy to Use, Fire Logs
Simply super fire logs. Have used many of them. Always easy to light with one match. Last 3-4 hours and can topped with the other fuel to extend the fire life. Nice flame and gentle heat and very little ash to clear up afterwards.
Having also tried many other fuels, these are most definitely the easiest to use and are up and running in a few minutes. Lot less hassle that starting and keeping a wood/coal fire going. Throughly recommend.
Only issue is that they are not always available in the warehouse. They can, with a small premium, be delivered to your door using the thinkassemble.co.uk online service. Only had to do that once, as I usually carry a good stock 🙂
