Excellent value
After much internet searching for a vertical radiator for our dining room we came across the Ultraheat Trojan on the thinkassemble.co.uk website. So glad that we did, the price was simply unbeatable for a radiator with this degree of BCU output. Pitacs Ltd (the shipping company) contacted me the day of the purchase to discuss delivery and were very helpful. Delivered by Parcelforce in a matter of days without a hitch. Now plumbed in and working and the amount of heat from the columns is excellent. All in for a cost of £115 which included the additional purchase of the valves (£15) simply superb value.

Curved not flat
I didn’t realise it was slightly curved.I couldn’t see this on the picture or the description .still very pleased,nice & heavy product.

A great value radiator
A great value radiator well suited to my kitchen and conservatory, will need to consider mounting options as the radiator is very heavy, would be fine on a brick wall, but if using plaster boards you will need additional fixings to secure the radiator.

Ultra Trojan radiators
We bought 5 of these radiators and they look awesome. But once we fired them up one of them was leaking so we had to return and buy another one. Again the same leakage issue with this one so had to replace again and now waiting to test this one !! Not sure if thinkassemble.co.uk checks their supplier products thoroughly as we had to go through a lot of pain to get the workable product.

Poor Quality Bought 3 and 1 leaked at the weld, replacement sent had two bad scratches and chips on it but was fitted anyway as the plumbing costs were becoming impractical. Also the fitting componants are packed in a small box and work loose during transit. Quality control needs improving

Space saving and very smart
I purchased the Trojan vertical radiator from thinkassemble.co.uk when decorating our lounge. This replaced a large horizontal radiator and freed up wall space. It is very smart and gives off plenty of heat. The price was very reasonable and it arrived within a couple of days.
