Good things DO come in “small packages”
Whilst the box itself isn’t exactly small and there is A LOT of packaging – the unit itself for a food processor is fairly compact. The scales are pretty accurate and a really useful addition above the next level down.
Occasionally fiddly to assemble when changing between functions but after a few misalignments you get the hang of it.
Safety mechanisms prevent inappropriate use and thus avoid damage.
This far stood up to all the load that it’s been faced with – you get the sense you could overload with a heavy dough but being sensible that shouldn’t happen. I’d recommend this

Dissapointing – Returned this item
From Kenwood you can expect more, the feeling that you break the parts is always there. Yes the blender cups are glass, but that is the only thing that feels solid. Do not recommend, and i returned the item.

A fantastic piece of equipment!
A fantastic piece of equipment, with everything you need to make amazing meals! The glass mill is perfect for grinding spices. The blender is powerful and the food processor works well. I find I need to chop onions in quarters to ensure I get a paste. But that’s fine! Don’t overfill the food processor as you will be left with chunks! The grating discs are fantastic. I can’t believe I never bothered to use them before in any previous food processor sets! The weighing scale is so handy and is great for making blender cakes, which are popular on YouTube. Find a video and bake!

Stopped working after the third time of using it. Also the attachment to make a smoothie kept on leaking when it was not over filled and the scales where not accurate – would not recommend

Not the best Blender, your supposed to use it for 2 mins then not use it for 5 mins or you will damage the motor, definitely rubbish.

Scales great, not all dishwasher safe
Overall I’m very happy with this product. The scales are very useful when measuring ingredients. The chopping attachments for the blender, the grinder, and the smoothie cups, and the rubber ring that you must use to stop it from leaking don’t go in the dishwasher which is a problem when using ingredients such as garlic, curry or eggs.

Great product!
I brought this mainly for the chopping function however it is an all rounder! Smoothies come out great, the chopper is good too. Not tried the whisk but it’s a powerful machine and doesn’t take up too much space. All in all worth the price.

Being used to Kenwood appliances i was quite surprised by the overall quality of the motor device, very thin plastic and a feeling this device could be damaged very easily… i hope this will only remain a feeling!

Great Mixer!
This is an excellent addition to any kitchen. I had a much less sophisticated Kenwood years ago and then went on to other things when it eventually died owing me nothing, but have come back to this type of design which works really well. Good value too.

Great value and works well, but lasted 18 months
This is the second one i’ve purchased as the first stopped working after 18 months, but to be fair I did use the first one 2-3 times a week and quite heavily. Given all the extras you get with this processor I think this works out at good value. At first the lowest speed setting stopped working, and then the other speeds were intermittent. If you plan to use it once a week or so I can see it lasting for many years.
