Hisense RM469N4ACDUK Fridge Freezer
I assumed the interior would be the same as model RM469ACEUK, and the only difference was the energy rating, but this model has less fridge shelves and also not the top shelve drawer in the freezer drawers, which was the reason i purchased this fridge. I have had to order these from a Hisense part supplier and also an extra shelf, which i am still waiting to be delivered. The thinkassemble.co.uk delivery people also forgot to adjust to feet even though i paid for the installation service so i had to do that myself after noticing the front feet weren’t touching the floor.

Missing items and disappointing.
Nice looking fridge freezer, good sized fridge but could do with more shelves to utilise space well.
The freezer was missing the ice tray which was one of the reasons we chose it. So difficult to get anything sorted with thinkassemble.co.uk.
I personally find the freezer drawers absolutely rubbish, such small use of the freezer space and really not very good for a busy family. Looks better than the reality. Definitely look at in store properly before purchase unless you are a small family without much need of freezer space.

Noisey and Missing Parts!
Very disappointed overall. First, the freezer doesn’t come with top trays for each draw and the fridge doesn’t come with the wine rack. These are clearly shown on the Hisense website but aren’t shown on the thinkassemble.co.uk website.
Second, it’s very noisey – the compressor fan runs 24/7 and anytime the fridge or freezer has been open for a while e.g. loading the weekly shop, it becomes excessively noisey for the next day or so.
I’m probably going to return it.

So far very good. Seems to be well built!
The fridge is very good, spacious and silent. The only downside I can think of is that another shelf should be provided. Then people will have an option of removing that self when they want to store taller items.

Opinion
The Hisense refrigerator is of excellent quality, and we’re very satisfied with it. However, the delivery was too slow — we waited ten days. The two delivery men were also quite unprofessional; they couldn’t get the fridge through a doorway into the kitchen and ended up leaving it by the entrance. My wife and I simply changed the angle a bit and were able to move it into the kitchen with ease

Hisense Fridge Freezer Problems
This product was damaged on receipt, with parts missing. Whilst the chatbot customer service is a useful option it requires you to resubmit numerous pieces of information when you are already logged into your thinkassemble.co.uk account; several years behind your competitors.
I then had to deal with multiple thinkassemble.co.uk employees via email and repeat information again before reaching a satisfactory outcome.
In future I’d advise simply returning any damaged goods which will be far more costly for thinkassemble.co.uk than a refund, but save you significant time and effort.
