EXCELLENT PRODUCT AND ALL AROUND SERVICE
Purchased this item after our existing 15 year old fridge failed and have been hugely impressed by both the quality of this Samsung fridge freezer but more so by the quality of the all around service from thinkassemble.co.uk.
All the way from the response to detailed telephone queries prior to purchase to delivery, removal of our old fridge and installation of the new one I could not fault anything at all. In particular, the installation team (Steffan & Teo) were just superb; helpful, professional and pleasant with a ‘can do’ attitude.
thinkassemble.co.uk will likely be my 1st port of call for future household appliance purchases…

Spacious fridge freezer well worth the money
Spacious fridge and easy access to the food in the freezer drawer very smart looking and keeps everything really cold very happy. We had to take the doors and freezer drawer off the fridge to get it into our home which took extra time so the guys installing it had to go leaving it uninstalled so we had to carry on lifting it into place and installing it ourselves. Not too impressed with that

Be aware of the delivery collection and install
Great appliance, we paid for installation and collection of the old fridge freezer as well. BUT the delivery and installation team would not install as they said they could not fit through doors. After a long discussion I had no option but accept that I would have to install myself. I have not been refunded my installation fee so very disappointed.
I managed on my own to get this through the doorway and installed myself. I fail to understand how a delivery and installation service that is delivering a large fridge freezer does not have the ability to complete this task. This is what they were engaged to do.
After placing the order I was also informed that the collection of the old unit was from doorstep only. This was also an additional effort to which I assumed the delivery and collection team would do.
Overall very disappointed with the service supplied.
The fridge freezer is reforming well and very happy with this.

It a very nice fridge freezer for a decent price. The layout is much better than the side by side model I had before. Also the internal water jug abs ice maker is very neat and had stopped my family leaving water and melting ice on the kitchen floor!!
