You cannot beat Henry hoovers (except with George)
I supply Henry hoovers for a couple of properties I rent out (as well as using one myself). I need reliable, long lasting machines. The last Henrys were probably purchased 25 years ago. One recently stopped functioning (in time I will take a look to see if it is repairable – my own one also stopped working recently and it was simply a ‘stuck’ carbon brush). So I purchased The Micro with Hairo brush for the tenants to use. They report it works well (despite the much lower power motor). Only time will tell about its reliability! .

Almost but not quite
This is a great product, with performance one would expect. The thing is, the carpet head supplied isn’t quite up to snuff. It has just the one brush in the head and being narrower and lighter, it isn’t quite the same as heads sold with previous Henrys. I would swap with an older head, if I could.

Henry Micro Vacuum Cleaner
Bought it to clean up after our cat “Milo”; excellent results however the female members of the family have much longer hair and this requires the periodic use of a pair of scissors to remove their hair from the brush assembly, but at least it’s all in one place!

Good suction but disappointed with the hairo brush
The hairo brush does pick up the hair but becomes clogged with very quickly and then suction is compromised. The head has to be cleaned out after every use and sometimes during use. I would point out that our dog does have long hair so with a short hair breed the head may not get clogged so quickly.

Heavy but worth it
At first I couldn’t move the vacuum on my carpet.The suction was so fierce. I looked in the instruction book but no help there. However if you go on line people commented that they had found an air vent on the handle. It’s heavy and awkward to carry upstairs and also to store. But as for efficiency it’s great. Loads of tools included so it’s up to any job. I like it. Love the long cord.

Difficult to use Vacuum Cleaner
A very well built and powerful vacuum cleaner. However I find it very hard to use. The suction is very strong and it sticks to carpets making it hard to operate. Not so bad on hard floors.
I am 75 years old and fit and realised I should have bought a different kind like an upright .

Super pet remover
Picks up pet hair with the Hairo attachment, works well only down side is that it is difficult to store seems to take up a lot of room even if you remove main suction tube. Still think it is worth it though

Omg Henry is the best
In life we like to make things as complicated as possible we add features and go crazy. I have a Dyson and a shark both all singing and dance but Henry the basic one is the best by far an amazing bit of kit simple but so effective

Bulky and no spare bags
It’s quite bulky, heavy and movement around the house is a bit of a struggle.
Also, I received only one disposable bag instead of 3 as per previous reviews seen other platforms.

A great vacuum cleaner!
I think the best bit about the Henry hoover is that it’s not too noisy. Vacuums really well too. The weight of the actual hoover is an issue for me, to take upstairs etc. and for mobility it would be better if it had 4/5 swivel wheels instead of the 2 fixed and 2 swivel wheels!
