Blows pet hairs around rather than picks then up.
We’ve had Dyson corded vacuums before and always found them excellent and very durable, lasting 5 years or more. Ours is heavily used due to having 2 dogs that shed. We bought the Animal version due to its great price and the fact it seemed to be designed for customers with furry pets. However, we have been a bit disappointed with this product because the exhaust air flow in the ball, blows the pet hairs away before you get chance to vacuum them up on hard floors. Other than that its a good quality vacuum.

Not ‘over the moon’!
This new Dyson is much the same as previous Dyson we have owned except it seems heavier. The attachments that allows you to keep the tools on the vacuum are a great idea and would be really good except they ‘pop’ off every now and then! The price from thinkassemble.co.uk was better than any other deal we found for this model and we will keep it but I’m not ‘over the moon’ with this Dyson!

Best suction I’ve ever experienced…
This is a beast of a machine! Suction like you wouldn’t believe! The downside of this power is that it’s quite bulky and heavy, and is a bit of a lower back workout at times! I upgraded to this from my battery powered Shark Vacuum. The performance difference is night and day. The purpose of a vacuum, is to suck stuff up! Which the Shark didn’t do very well. If you want a vacuum that could suck a ball up a straw then this is the one for you!

Great but unstable
All great bar one issue…the design is such that the hoover is unstable. This is especially annoying when using the extension pipe and attachments as the hoover tends to tip over!

5 stars for thinkassemble.co.uk’s excellent service. 1 star for the Dyson. The Dyson developed a fault after three weeks, it would no longer suck from the hose or floor head so we sent it back for a refund. I felt the Craftsmanship of the Dyson was very poor but thinkassemble.co.uk’s excellent customer service meant everything was resolved quickly and easily.

Dyson Ball Animal – Stands Above The Rest
Dyson vacuum cleaners remain unmatched in performance. After 10 years of reliable service, our previous Dyson Ball vacuum finally gave out, and without hesitation, we purchased another Dyson Ball model.
Though we don’t have pets, the offer for the Dyson Animal at thinkassemble.co.uk was too good to pass up.
It works flawlessly and is significantly more powerful than our previous one. The amount of dirt it collected was astonishing. In my opinion, no other vacuum cleaner even comes close to the Dyson’s quality and power.

Excellent vacuum, so much better at picking up than any other I have had, I have a dog and the hair has always been a problem, but not any more!! My only downside to this would be that I cannot make the wand shorter with an attachment, I have to keep the wand long with the stair attachment, I like to be able to use it shorter. Other than that is wonderful.

The best corded Dyson yet
The latest evolution of the corded Dyson vacuum. Bit fiddly to assemble as the included instructions are useless but stick with it and you’ll get there. Great for cleaning all round the house and works well with both carpet and hardwood flooring. Very long power cable and long reach hose allow it to get almost anywhere. Easy to empty and clean
