Great and up and running out of the box. Could have had more than one hdmi out as standard but for the price you are getting great processor

Faulty computer
Computer arrived without an external power cable, instructions, or instructions on how to access the Platinum Warranty that I also purchased. I got in touch and was told that the computer does not come with instructions and that the power cable was inside?? I checked – no power cable.
After the usual long period of installing windows, antivirus etc. I tried to use the computer. The computer allowed me to access programs and websites for about 30 seconds. The mouse then froze and the screen went black. Leaving the computer for a minute and pressing escape sometimes brought the screen back, only to have the same thing repeat. Often the computer needed a resetting.
I contacted the help line and was told to: Open the machine and ensure all of the componenets are seated, check the graphics and RAM, reset the CMOS, and reinstall windows. The computer stubornly refused to allow me to download the program needed to reinstall windows. There was no noticable improvement to the computer.
After getting in touch again and suggesting strongly that the computer is faulty and requesting the
computer be returned to be fixed, I am now in the situation of awaiting details on how the computer should be returned.
If I am lucky enough to eventually end up with a working computer I will amend this review accordingly.
