Read the manual!
Then Installation is a breeze, for me it took around 30 minutes. The software is smooth and functional. Keyless entry (walk to unlock) is also flawless.
The integration to smart things and Google is average at best, no thread/matter support. Otherwise a solid and secure product.
Make sure, you keep a 9v battery somewhere safe outside, just in case the battery charge runs out.

Overall is good, quite easy to install, just first time connecting got some problems and I have no idea how to fix it but finally it’s working. And I found sometime the lock got problems, maybe my calibration is not good enough.

Best door handle / lock you could ever have , easy to install but trying to get it to link to app for first time is a little tricky but never the less it’s worth it

Total waste of time, software problems, I had already downloaded the app and set it up, went to log put in my email address response was “ we no longer accepting telephone numbers as a login” problems connecting the lock on the hub, i’m a time served carpenter and joiner fitting locks was part of my job,
