Door disappointment
A good selection of preset wash cycles which are customisable. I miss the audio/beep/tune I had on my LG.
Most annoyingly, the door assembly came apart within 3 months of purchase. The repair is covered by Haier but I have to wait 3-4 weeks for parts. The machine still functions without the silver door trim and black plastic cover but it’s disappointing. The service engineer assured me he had only seen this failure once before.

I was skeptic when buying this washing machine, but after using it, i was like wow, it was so quiet and the speed it spins. Was really impressed. The only bad point i have, there isn’t a 30mins or 45mins wash. And i couldn’t connect my phone to the washing machine, don’t really need it. The installation was simple.

It states it has a steam function, but it must be so complex as we can’t find it ?!
This might be that we just haven’t found but on their cheaper models it has a steam button. And having this function was one of our must haves.
