Bacardi White Rum, 1L

Bacardi was founded in 1862, by Don Facundo Bacardí Massó in Santiago de Cuba. With only 3 core ingredients being used, Don Facundo Bacardí Massó combined, with his pioneering process, molasses from the best sugarcane in the world, a unique strain of yeast and local spring water to create a smooth light-bodied spirit.

Tasting Notes:

On the palate, flavours of vanilla, oak, caramel, spices and chocolate are followed by coconut, almond and marzipan with fruity undertones of pineapple, bananas and stoned fruits.

Suggested Recipe: Bacardi Daiquiri

– 50ml Bacardi Carta Blanca Rum
– 25ml Lime Juice
– 2 Tsp Extra Fine Sugar
– Cubed and crushed ice
– Mint Leaf

– Add sugar and lime juice into a cocktail shaker and stir until sugar has dissolved. Add Bacardi Carta Blanca Rum and fill the shaker half with cubed ice and half with crushed ice. Shake until thoroughly chilled, then strain into a chilled coupette and garnish with mint leaf.
