Chateau Montlandrie Cotes de Castillon 2020, 6 x 75cl

Owned by Late Denis Durantou owner of L Eglise Clinet, a well known and respected winemaker, Château Montlandrie spans 12 hectares of the Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux appellation. Dating back to the 18th century, This wine is a blend of 75% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc 5% and Cabernet Sauvignon- grown on limestone and clay soils creating the ideal mesoclimate.

Tasting Notes:

Intense and concentrated, blueberry and blackberry fruits lifted by strands of saffron and oyster shell, austere on the finish, good stuff. 40% new oak, harvest September 18 to 25, 45hl/ha yield, 3.6ph.
