Domaine Sophie Cinier Pouilly-Vinzelles Les Longeays 2021, 75cl

Les Longeays is an extremely old vineyard where most of the vines were planted over 100 years ago. Only 3 barrels (1,000 bottles) are produced. This gives the wine a rich texture, powerful concentration, but with a great support of citrusy acidity and spicy oak.

Tasting Notes

This is one of Sophie s two top wines, it receives extended maturation and is bottled in March after two winters in barrel. A wine full of finesse and mineral elegance.
